Roughneck Rescue & Sanctuary provides rescue, rehabilitation, and lifelong sanctuary for select dogs in need when space, resources, and circumstances allow.

Why Roughneck Exists

Roughneck Rescue & Sanctuary grew from years of working with dogs who were misunderstood, difficult to place, or simply running out of options.

Danny and Kelly saw firsthand that some dogs needed more than a quick fix or another temporary stop. They needed time, structure, patience, and a safe place to heal.

Roughneck was created to be that place.

For some dogs, the goal is rehabilitation and a new home. For others, Roughneck becomes home for life. Either way, every dog in our care is given the chance to feel safe, cared for, and valued.

We provide structure, patience, and care to help dogs heal, build trust, and move toward a more balanced life.

We provide lifelong safety, love, and quality care for dogs who may never be traditionally adoptable but still deserve a home.
